21phdream complies with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. We may ask you to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method before processing withdrawals or when required by our compliance procedures. Failure to provide documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
21phdream accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, Visa credit/debit cards, and Mastercard credit/debit cards.
All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). No currency conversion is applied, and no hidden processing fees are charged by 21phdream. Third-party fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method. The minimum bet across all sports and virtual sports markets is ₱50. Maximum bet limits per market are set at 21phdream's discretion and may vary by sport, event, and market type.
Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays in the Philippines may take one additional business day. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of identity verification. 21phdream does not impose its own withdrawal fees, though your chosen payment provider may apply charges.
Funds deposited into your 21phdream account are held separately from the Company's operating funds. Account balances do not earn interest. Funds in an inactive account (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in your account dashboard.
A bet is considered placed and binding once you have confirmed it through the 21phdream bet slip and received a bet reference number. It is your responsibility to verify that your selection, odds, and stake are correct before confirming. 21phdream does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player.
Odds displayed on 21phdream are subject to change up until the event starts. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of placement, as shown on your bet receipt. For in-play (live) betting, odds update in real time and the accepted odds are those confirmed at the moment you submit your bet slip.
All bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or official result source. For virtual sports, results are determined by the certified RNG engine and are final. In the event of a technical error affecting a virtual sports result, 21phdream will investigate and may void the affected bets, returning stakes to players.
21phdream reserves the right to void bets where: a market is offered in error; odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault; an event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum play period required for settlement; or where there is evidence of fraudulent activity or match manipulation.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the official result being published. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. 21phdream's settlement decision, following review, is final and binding.

Promotions
We want every bonus on 21phdream to feel sulit — genuinely worthwhile. That means clear wagering requirements, no moving goalposts, and terms that are written to be understood before you opt in. Read Section 6 carefully before claiming any promotion.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 21phdream are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active. These Terms set out the general framework; promotion-specific terms take precedence where they differ.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying markets will be specified on each promotion page. Bets placed on markets with odds below a minimum threshold (as stated per promotion) typically do not count towards wagering requirements.
Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to activate multiple concurrent bonuses will result in the secondary bonus being declined without notice.
21phdream prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets using bonus funds on the same market across different accounts; using automated software or scripts to exploit promotional mechanics. Where abuse is identified, 21phdream will cancel all bonus balances, may forfeit associated winnings, and may suspend the account.
21phdream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-term due to circumstances outside our control, we will make reasonable efforts to honour commitments already earned up to the cancellation date.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 21phdream. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

The total liability of 21phdream to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.
21phdream makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime, but scheduled maintenance and unforeseeable technical issues may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.
The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by 21phdream is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and understood how your data will be used.
In summary, we collect personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the 21phdream experience.
